A full team working around a single person, both in our centres and within companies. Each care pathway is overseen by a healthcare professional, who coordinates the team and adjusts the objectives in agreement with you.

Regaining everyday and work-related movements by adapting the activity, environment and habits.

Focus
Programme Rachis®
This is an outpatient, interdisciplinary functional rehabilitation programme dedicated to back problems.
Launched in 2015, the programme combines occupational therapy and physiotherapy. This interdisciplinary approach, combined with the rich exchange of ideas between healthcare professionals, provides the ideal support to help you regain your independence.
The goal is threefold:
- better understand your condition,
- learn to move better in order to move more,
- establish new, lasting habits.
The programme content:
- individual physiotherapy sessions
- group sessions
- individual occupational therapy sessions.

How do we proceed?
1. Understanding your situation
A doctor and a therapist jointly assess your situation: the real impact of your pain on your life, your current abilities and your needs.
2. Building your care pathway
Every situation is unique. The referring doctor sets the framework; we design a personalized pathway with you and coordinate the practitioners needed for your recovery.
3. Regaining your balance
We support you for as long as it takes for you to rediscover the pleasure of movement, with one clear goal: your independence.

Our specialist centre in Lausanne-Vennes brings together doctors, therapists and specialists under one roof. Our consultations are also available at 12 consultation centres across French-speaking Switzerland, for follow-up care close to home.
