OUR APPROACH
A pathway coordinated by our specialists
Our team of specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation works with you to set the treatment plan, priorities and objectives, and keeps your doctor informed.
Occupational therapists, physiotherapists and associated specialists adapt the treatment plan throughout the course of the sessions. This shared medical responsibility is key to a high-quality, interdisciplinary treatment programme.

Assessment by an occupational therapist
A starting point. The occupational therapist assesses the actual impact of your symptoms on your daily and work-related activities, then works with you to set goals that will enable you to improve your quality of life.
A report will be made available to you and sent to your doctor to keep him informed of your situation and progress.

Focus
The Programme Rachis®
This is an outpatient, interdisciplinary functional rehabilitation programme dedicated to back problems.
Launched in 2015, the programme combines occupational therapy and physiotherapy. This interdisciplinary approach, combined with the rich exchange of ideas between healthcare professionals, provides the ideal support to help you regain your independence.
The goal is threefold:
- better understand your condition,
- learn to move better in order to move more,
- establish new, lasting habits.
The programme content:
- group sessions
- individual occupational therapy sessions
- individual physiotherapy sessions
Individual occupational therapy treatment
Rediscovering the movements that matter. The occupational therapist works with your everyday activities, both at home and at work, and adapts your movements, environment and equipment.

Evaluation of Occupational Performance (EPO)
An objective assessment of your physical abilities, through a series of functional tests that reflect the demands of your daily life and your job.
The EPO serves as the basis for a joint decision: it documents what you are capable of doing today, and what you still need to work on.
Pre- and post-operative pathway (P.O.P.O.)
Preparing before surgery, recovering afterwards. This pathway structures the weeks before and after a musculoskeletal procedure, in coordination with your surgeon.

Individual physiotherapy treatment
Restoring mobility, strength and movement control, at your own pace, with follow-up coordinated with the rest of your care team.
